Padma Lakshmi of Top Chef is in a custody battle over her daughter Krishna, who turns one in a month. Adam Dell is Krishna’s father, and he is one “the” Dells…like the computer. Krishna’s father, Adam Dell, filed a new lawsuit against Padma, filing for full custody.

Mel Gibson has been out of the country on a fishing trip with his two sons for the past week, despite the fact that Oksana’s lawyers had scheduled a deposition in their child custody case. Not a good look, Mel.
Sources claim that, “Oksana’s people think the delay is evidence that Mel is not committed to Lucia,” while Mel’s people are claiming that Oksana’s lawyers scheduled the date knowing that he’d be out of the country. Will the he-said she-said ever end?
It’s hard to believe that lawyers would schedule a deposition knowing that an important party would be out of the country. Then again, it is hard to believe that an individual would even consider leaving the country with a full-blown custody battle in play.
Regardless, I hope we will see an end to this case soon!
