Jessica Alba is beach-ready
Winter doesn’t have to mean freezing fingers and slushy sidewalks. Not when you’re a famous name with a bank account big enough to afford a family jaunt to the islands or Florida’s sunny coast.
And being a mom doesn’t have to mean wearing caftans for the rest of your life to cover up the tummy bulge that just won’t go away, despite sit-ups and stroller marathons around the park. Not when you’re a supermodel or actress who has the time to devote to training sessions and the money to cover catered spa meals.
That’s why Jessica Alba looks so amazing here, just five months after giving birth to her second daughter, Honor. Her fuchsia-and striped bikini was as bright as the Cabo sun as she enjoyed a short vacation before going on her press junket for her new film, Valentine’s Day.
Jess isn’t the only famous mom who’s been soaking up some rays this winter and showing off their post-child figures. Check out these bathing beauties!
And while you’re doing that, I’ll go back to huddling on the sofa with my homemade tollhouse cookies.

The weather outside may be frightful, but that doesn’t mean you can’t look delightful. Sarah Jessica Parker proved that recently, as she sported the same warm black coat and gray knit cap while walking the streets of NYC walking with daughters Marion and Tabitha one day, son James Wilkie the next.
Other Hollywood parents proved that rain, snow and even chilly L.A. afternoons don’t have to mean staying indoors. They just put on their best cold-weather gear and stepped out bravely, even managing a smile for the cameras every so often. Neutral blacks, beiges and grays were the preferred colors, though at least one famous mom showed a splash of color. And Ellen Pompeo went sans makeup (but avec puffy coat and adorable daughter).

Is Madonna trying to make a fashion statement?
For some celebrity parents, it seems like they would do anything to stop the ageing process, with Madonna being the frontrunner in trying to find that eternal fountain of youth.
While the Queen of Pop has tried it all – a nip and tuck here and there, botox, fillers, drinking virgin blood – you name it, she’s most likely done it. But when it comes to hiding the wrinkles on her hands, there’s apparently no special potion that will erase what is quite evident.
Madonna has been sporting gloves more and more often on the red carpet – does she really think that we don’t see that it’s not a fashion statement that she’s trying to make but instead trying to hide her obvious signs of ageing? Faith Hill at the People's Choice Awards 2012
Plenty of celebrities turned out for the People’s Choice Awards 2012 last night, and while the crowd consisted of mostly younger A-listers, there were a few famous parents thrown into the mix!
Celeb mom Faith Hill showed up on the red carpet at the PCA’s looking absolutely red hot in a halter-style dress, which showed off her slim figure. Red was definitely a popular hue at the show last night. Pregnant Alyson Hannigan pulled off a winning look in the color too!
Faith has such a great sense of style, and she really knows what looks best on her body. She always manages to pull off a youthful look without dressing too juvenile for her age.

When you think of Madonna, what is the first thing that pops into your head? For the majority of you, I’m assuming it’s bright red lipstick, lace, and fingerless gloves. Am I right?
Madonna is an icon in every sense of the word, and for the “W.E.” premiere in London, she brought back her signature 80′s style to walk the red carpet.
It is so hard to believe that Madonna is 53-years old while looking at these new photos. She looks absolutely amazing! Even though her black dress was somewhat simple, having one lace sleeve and those red gloves really put the finishing “Madonna” touch on her look.
Jillian Michaels has been matched with a little girl to adopt.
Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels has dreamed of being a parent for quite some time, and now it looks as though she is one step closer to being a mom.
After initially starting the adoption process over a year ago in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Jillian has now found her future child in a little girl she met while visiting orphanages on the Caribbean island of Haiti.
Jillian told Access Hollywood, “I’ve been matched with a little girl. I went over to visit orphanages and I ended up falling in love with this little girl, and by the grace of God, I got matched up with her.”
New parents Jay-Z and Beyonce.
Beyonce and Jay-Z are officially parents! They welcomed their baby girl, Blue Ivy Carter, this past weekend in New York City, and of course, they are totally over-the-moon about their newest addition, just like any mom and dad would be.
Earlier today, Jay-Z and Beyonce’s black Mercedes was seen leaving Lenox Hill hospital, which indicates that they are home and have started their lives together as a family of three with little Blue.
Beyonce’s pregnancy had to be one of the most hyped celebrity pregnancies of all time, and now fans everywhere can’t wait to be introduced to baby Blue. When will we finally catch a glimpse of this already famous little girl?
