A very pregnant Reese Witherspoon was spotted shopping at a Stella McCartney boutique in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Tuesday afternoon and from the looks of it, she wasn’t very camera ready.
The celebrity mama-to-be must have had a no make-up day as she covered her face from the paparazzi while she was shopping. That’s ok, Reese. A lot of us do that too! You still look cute, though.

Awww. Totally pregnant (but not confirmed pregnant) Drew Barrymore and her fiancé Will Kopelman celebrated the impending arrival of their bundle of joy with a “couple’s shower” over the weekend.
This seems to be the latest trend as more and more expectant mothers are having their partners join in on all the fun with the Hershey’s-fake-poop diaper games, measuring the pregnant mama’s belly and eating loads of cake and not feeling guilty about it at all. Plus, getting to open all the presents and testing out the diaper genie in front of all your male friends. I mean, it’s the type of party all guys dream of attending, right? * wink *

Neve Campbell: Baby on board!
Everyone has been so focused on Jessica Simpson‘s anysecondnow due date that other Hollywood moms-to-be have been pushed to the back burner.
Not fair, really. There are a lot of burgeoning bellies in the entertainment world, and they all deserve to be celebrated.
Take Neve Campbell, for instance. The Scream actress is expecting her first child with boyfriend J. J. Feild, and though she hasn’t been getting as much ink as certain other expectant stars, she deserves a shout-out and a bit of “awww, how exciting” attention.
The paparazzi caught her the other day heading out of the parking lot after a trip to Whole Foods. Yep, she’s another famous face who doesn’t mind spending a bit more on healthy and socially conscious fare.
The first bump-watch photos showed up in March, by which time she was already showing quite a bit, so our best guess is that she’ll be a new mom by this time in mid-summer.

Molly Sims is enjoying her pregnancy.
Guess we can forget that old wives’ tale about predicting the gender of your baby based on your cravings. They say that women expecting boys crave salty snacks and meat, while wanting sweets means you’re having a girl.
Molly Sims, who’s expecting a boy in June, proved that wrong when she confessed to People that she recently indulged in four desserts in one day.
“I literally had a Sprinkles red velvet cupcake, this little piece of marzipan bundt cake, and sorbet,” she said. “Oh that’s right, and I had some frozen yogurt: cake batter with graham cracker crust.”
But despite gaining her fame as a runway-slim model, Sims doesn’t mind going a little overboard, even if it means her waistline might stay expanded for a while.
“[Y]ou know that old saying, ‘You’re just a stomach flu away from a size 2′? I’m 12 stomach flus away from a size 2 now and you know what? It’s okay,” she says.

Jessica Simpson and Kourtney Kardashian have announced that they’re expecting girls, and now Maggie Gyllenhaal reveals she’s having a daughter as well.
She tells People that she’s glad to be able to show off her baby bump at last.
“I find it difficult to pretend you’re not pregnant, which you have to do,” she confesses. “I didn’t let anyone know until three and a half months this time.”
Her secret was especially hard to keep during the recent awards season, where, she says, she was “throwing up and having to keep pretzels in my purse” in addition to worrying about concealing her stomach under gowns.
This will be the second girl for Maggie and husband Peter Sarsgaard, whose older daughter Ramona is 5.
But there’s one fact the star of the now-filming The Corrections won’t reveal. What is it?
Rachel and Molly
Fashionable mamas Rachel Zoe and pregnant Molly Sims bonded over one big baby bump at the Valentino Flagship store opening in Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night.
Both celebrity moms looked very stylish on the black carpet as Rachel patted Molly’s growing bump.
Could it be that Rachel might be having baby fever again and is planning a second child soon? Let’s hope so!

Reese Witherspoon's pregnancy was no surprise to her children.
The news of Reese Witherspoon‘s pregnancy was a shock to most of the world (at least, most of us who hadn’t been scrutinizing her stomach recently). But there are two people who had a pretty good idea of what was going on: her children, 12-year-old Ava and 9-year-old Deacon.
A source reveals to People that she and husband Jim Toth brought the kids into the discussion very soon after they had decided to try for a baby together. “All along, Reese has been very open with her kids about her plans to expand the family.”
Reese made sure to discuss the topic thoroughly with Ava, who’s on the cusp of adolescence. “Especially [because] Ava is at a sensitive age, Reese always makes sure to consult with her,” says the source. “She is very respectful of Ava’s feelings.”
One other factor that will help make the adjustment easier is Ava and Deacon’s strong relationship with both their father and stepdad.
