Houston's body being taken away from the Beverly Hilton hotel late Saturday night.
Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina, 19, was apparently denied access to the Beverly Hilton hotel room where her mother died.
As TMZ reports, Bobbi Kristina showed up at the room several hours after Houston’s death and was not allowed into the room, likely because it was considered a crime scene at the time.
Houston’s body remained at the hotel for several hours before being taken to the morgue where an autopsy is planned.
Bobbi Kristina was understandably upset and reportedly got into an angry shouting match with officers who told her no one was allowed to see the body. As TMZ reports, Bobbi Kristina “screamed, cursed and demanded to see her mother.”

Perhaps the biggest tragedy surrounding the death of legendary singer, Whitney Houston, is that a teenage girl is left without a mother.
HLNTV reports, Whitney once said, “She encourages me and inspires me. When I look at her eyes and I see myself, I go, ‘Okay. I can do this. I can do this.’

Bobbi Kristina Brown, 19, is Houston’s only child with Bobby Brown. And with parents like that, it seems inevitable that Bobbi Kristina end up in the industry somehow. In fact, last year she showed that she might just be on her way. Bobbi Kristina posted a video on Twitter of her singing Adele’s “Someone Like You” which has so far been viewed more than 100,000 times on YouTube.

After rampant internet rumors about Whitney Houston’s death, tonight her publicist, Kristen Foster has confirmed the singer has died at the age of 48.
TMZ is reporting she died at the Beverly Hilton hotel. A police crime lab vehicle was seen outside the hotel just moments ago. Additionally, police officer Mark Rosen tells CNN officers responded to a 911 from someone in Houston’s “entourage” at the Beverly Hilton. Paramedics found people trying to revive the singer, who was a guest at the hotel, but she was pronounced dead at 3:55pm.
Houston has one child, Bobbi Kristina, 19, with husband Bobby Brown. Houston and Brown were married from 1992-2007.
TMZ spotted, Whitney out and about just last weekend with on-again/off-again beau Ray-J. She was also spotted yesterday, as you see in the photo there, and seemed to be doing okay.

No intervention was staged by Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown for daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, says rep.
The rumor that Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s daughter Bobbi Kristina needed an intervention has been put to rest through a statement made by Brown’s rep. Apparently there is no legitimacy behind the rumor that Whitney and Bobby had staged an intervention after becoming very concerned with their young daughter’s party lifestyle. Brown’s rep simply states:
“There is no truth to the reports about Bobby and Whitney staging an intervention with their daughter.”
We are very happy that there is no truth to this horrible rumor, especially since so many young kids born into the lime light develop and live unhealthy lifestyles. Given her parent’s past history with substance abuse, it really wouldn’t be too far fetched to believe that their daughter could live a party-filled lifestyle. Hopefully the above statement is the complete truth, and not just another case of a cover-up story fabricated to do damage control.
