He said, “I always appreciated that connection between a parent and a kid because I yearned for it so much. Growing up, I wanted a father, and because I’ve had this idea of what a father should be, it’s exciting to finally have the opportunity to try and be that guy, to see if I can actually do it.”

He waxed poetic the virtues of having a girl instead of a boy. “A lot of guys want sons, but that would have been a lot of pressure. I know throughout my childhood, there were many times I couldn’t stand being a ‘Jr.’ I wouldn’t want anybody else to go through that. If we’d had a boy, he wouldn’t have been another Freddie Prinze.”

“To have a girl, I almost felt like, ‘Whew!’ I know how to protect her and keep her away from the kind of kid I was. I know I can shower a little girl with love. A little boy comes home one day, and he needs to learn how to fight. That’s all macho stuff, dealing with ego and pride, and I don’t want to have to deal with that. That’s alright Freddie. You can have all the girls you want. I take boys any day of the week. I have two and they seem so much “easier” then my friend’s girls.

“I’m very pleased for her because during her pregnancy she worried a lot because of all the bad press written about her. Lots and lots of lies,” Chernukha says. “Her pregnancy was a hard one even though she had no [medical] problems with it. And, of course, Mel supported her and so did all her friends. She doesn’t make any statements or get involved with refuting what’s said about her. She just tries to keep herself closed off from all the journalists.”

But with the couple announcing their pregnancy just six weeks after Mel’s wife of thirty years filed for divorce. So, yeah, there is going be speculation and journalists are gonna wanna know the dirt!

I’m not too sure Khloe is on board with that,  because her answer was more along the lines of “OK”. Sounds a little like she doesn’t know what she got herself into with this quickee marriage.

So I  guess we’ll be on the look out for another Kardashian baby bump.

The paps love taking pictures of the family but Liev has been known to resent them.

He once said, “It gets harder, especially once you have kids because it can get really hard for them. We live in New York, which is a great place to have fun, but it’s really a challenge for Naomi and me. You want the kids to be able to go and walk outside into a green field in Central Park and run off and chase butterflies, but that’s not the reality. The paparazzi really make that difficult. If you want your kids to have some privacy and not be aware of being watched all the time, it takes a lot of work.”

The prisoner has submitted handwritten court papers - that TMZ got a hold of - about his claims. In these he said he met Kate Gosselin “at a Harrisburg Long John Silvers over octopuss” — and when Kate went to a fertility clinic in 2002, his “sperm was added to the mix.”

Heidi said, “I wouldn’t say I’m back in shape yet. Everything changes when you get older. It was different when I was 31 with the first one and now being 36 with the fourth one. I think that if you wait too long and it sticks there it stays that way forever. I have to be motivated.”

She’s afraid that if she waits too long she’ll never be able to get the extra weight off. At least she has the money to hire a trainer to kick her butt out of bed everyday to get her to workout. Also, the 17 nannies she has goes a long way towards time for herself.

But Kourtney Kardashian sounds a wee bit preoccupied with her weight gain (and style) during her pregnancy. She recently stated, “I weigh myself every day,” said Kourtney. “I’ve gained 26 pounds since getting pregnant, except I gained three pounds since yesterday.”
But does that stop her from strapping on the stilettos? Nope.

But that may change, she said “Today I vowed that I was going to wear flats, and then last second, I threw on some heels,” she admitted. “I can’t wait to sit down already. It’s hard carrying extra weight. I’m over the red carpet being pregnant.”

Yeah, it really is time to bask in the glory of the weight gain and to put on the flats.
