Nicole Kidman’s Look At The Sydney Film Fest: Love It Or Hate It? (Photos)
Now, the last time I wrote about Nicole Kidman’s red carpet look and suggested (ok, criticized) the actress for going too blonde with her natural red locks, I got a lot of hate with some of you out there suggesting that I readjust the lighting on my computer screen because Nicole looks just fine.
Well, a few days ago I read somewhere online how Nicole’s hair is thinning because of the bleaching she’s done and now regrets her white-blonde streaks. And by looking at these photos, it’s become more than obvious that her once beautiful, bouncy curly hair is just an ugly shade of fried.
Now, Nicole is still a beautiful woman (and I’m really loving the outfit she decided to wear at the Sydney Film Festival here), but she would be even more gorgeous if she tried out the natural look for a few weeks and go from there. At least the Botox she keeps on injecting hasn’t given her the same feline-effect it gives Kim Kardashian (or KatFace Kardashian if you ask me). But still. Does anyone in Hollywood age gracefully?
Check out our photos of Nicole and tell us, do you think she is sporting some seriously busted Lindsay Lohan hair here? Or do I need to readjust the light settings on my monitor again?

Jess commented on Feb 20 12 at 1:00 amOh please, the whole idea of criticizing someone for botox or doing some sort of cosmetic procedure to make yourself look good as you age is so absurd and hypocritical. The fact that you wear makeup or use anti-aging creams completely contradicts this whole notion of being “natural.” What the heck does that even mean? People act as though cosmetic procedures are bad. If a cosmetic procedure doesn’t have such aesthetically pleasing results, people criticize you. If a cosmetic procedure goes well for someone, that person would still get the same amount of criticism, or maybe even more because the whole world gets jealous. Girl if you want to be all “natural” (which you probably aren’t), that’s your choice, but don’t go around criticizing someone because they just want to look good for people like you (the kind of people that dedicate wayy too much time on analyzing the way people look).
Anna M. commented on Feb 21 12 at 4:08 amUh, you need to readjust the light settings on your computer again. It’s kind of ridiculous to state that her hair is in Lindsay Lohan territory. Her hair looks kind of fabulous and I always love it when she wears it wavy and sort of curly (or naturally in her case) compared to when she really straightens it. And the color is just fine? It’s maybe a little lighter compared to last year at this time but it’s nowhere near as blonde or “fried” looking as it was say 5 years ago. It may also help to stop reading trashy celeb gossip sites too but that’s your prerogative.
She looks great and the dress is really chic.
