Mariah Carey’s significant other Nick Cannon was in good spirits as he was spotted out and about in New York City today.

But then again, when isn’t Nick in a good, cheerful mood?

The happy daddy appeared to also be in good health after being recently hospitalized after suffering mild kidney failure earlier this month.
