Kobe Bryant’s Wife Files For Divorce: What About Their Daughters? (Photos)

It looks like another celebrity marriage bites the dust.
Vanessa Bryant, wife of NBA star Kobe Bryant, is throwing the towel in on their marriage. She filed for divorce on Friday in Los Angeles after more than 10 years of marriage.
Vanessa cited the popular “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind the divorce and asked for joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s two daughters, Natalia, 8, and Gianna, 5.
If you remember, Kobe famously brought his two princesses on the basketball court with him after the LA Lakers won the 2010 NBA Championships.
Vanessa doesn’t seem much like a spotlight-hogging basketball-type of wife, so it’s unlikely that she would drag their dirty laundry out to the media. There’s a good chance that the couple will keep things private – and let’s hope civilized – for their two daughters.
