Jennifer Lopez at the AMAs.

Did you watch the American Music Awards last night? I stayed up for most of the show, but turned in about 20 minutes before it was over because I got sick and tired of watching people lip-sync all night.

Minus a couple of decent performances, the show really proved that you don’t actually have to make music to be a celebrity in the music business anymore.

Many people were talking about how awkward it must have been for Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony to be at the same show, but I’m sure that proper precautions were taken to make sure they didn’t bump into each other backstage.

One thing’s for sure…Jennifer absolutely turned heads in this barely-there black dress she wore. Her style left little to the imagination…and likely left Marc Anthony drooling and wondering where he went wrong!

Here are more photos of Jennifer from the AMAs. What do you think of her style?

I was never so disgusted since Jackson allowed her top to be flapped at the football game. Lopez and her outfit which barely covered the essentials to stay legal on television and the grinding of the hips and pelvis then getting down on her knees reminded me of the first girly show that I ever saw at a carnival with my husband. The star in the girly show back then wasn’t as graphic and more tasteful. The team of men dancers surrounding Lopez as she grinded her pelvis was as equally disgusting. It sure set back the women’s movement about forty years and made it look like an invitation to all the guys surrounding her. This is not what I want my family to see on TV nor is it a good impression for the young crowd. It is demeaning and embarrasing even to watch.
