Carrie Underwood is hosting CMA Awards tonight.

Wow. We’re only about 20 minutes into the Country Music Awards and the show is already looking to be pretty promising!

Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley are this year’s hosts, and in their opening monologue, Carrie already managed to poke fun at the whole Justin Bieber baby scandal. First, they used Barbie and Ken dolls to give celeb parents Tim McGraw and Faith Hill a hard time, but then, the focus turned to making fun of other famous people.

Brad and Carrie starting singing a little ditty they wrote to the tune of Randy Travis’s “Forever and Ever Amen,” and Carrie belted out the line, “As long as Justin Bieber is not a conceiver!”

Don’t you love it?

I haven’t always been a huge Carrie Underwood fan, but she definitely went up a few notches in my book tonight. The only thing that could’ve topped the Justin Bieber comment were if Carrie were sporting a baby bump under that super-short white dress of hers.

But of course, her abs are flat as a pancake. C’mon, Mike Fisher…get to work already!

I can’t wait to see how the rest of the CMA’s unfold. Are you watching?
