Kate Gosselin can't catch a break.

Kate Gosselin seriously cannot catch a break. Sure, she’s had some less than perfect moments as a parent, but haven’t we all? For whatever reason, I tend to be on her side whenever her parenting skills are put under fire by people who have nothing better to do than judge her. Cut the woman a little slack, already!

The latest anti-Kate reports have her labeled as a bad mother after a picture was snapped of her son, Collin, climbing under a car. Immediately, the tabloids jumped to the conclusion that Kate was being negligent and letting him play underneath a vehicle.

Nothing could have been further from the truth. It turns out that Kate’s daughter, Hannah, dropped her water bottle, and Collin asked Kate if he could retrieve it for her. Because she said “yes,” Kate is now defending her parenting via Twitter.

This morning, she tweeted, “I don’t need ur advice re Collin.u weren’t there,I corrected tabloid, all happened in under 3sec,I didn’t put child in danger.Move on now…”

As parents, we all do the best we can, and it just seems incredibly unfair that Kate is constantly under attack from people who don’t even know her. Can you imagine what sorts of things would be captured on film regarding your own kids if you had cameras following you 24/7?

I rest my case. Give Kate a break.

When Kate stops calling the paps and decides to live a more private life & give her children the privacy they have earned then and only then will she get a break. Until then she wants the publicity she will have to take the good with the bad.

Just like she gave TLC permission to have her kids film edited by Bill Blankinship who may have used her children’s images underground for money, or to feed his own sickness. She continues to exploit her kids & put them in harms way daily. Collin could have been hurt and she didn’t even care to get out of the car to supervise this retrieval of the water bottle.

The pictures show Collin reaching for a piece of paper not a water bottle. They also show that the paper was close to Kates door so she could have easily gotten out of the car and reached down to grab it.

The biggest concern that the bottom of the car is hot for up to 20 min after it has been turned off. The child could have burned himself if he had rubbed against the exhaust system. The other possibility is the breaks failing and running over the child. Most parents would have had all of the children get into the car. Buckle them in and then move the car a few feet. The parent could then get out and get the piece of paper.

Too bad when she twittered to defend what she did, she was not being totally honest

It would take less than 3 seconds for him to touch a hot muffler, exhaust or engine part. From what I have heard, hot enough to melt clothes to skin. So I say YES he was in danger. She could have done it herself or moved van. Was she afraid she would get some pap pics of herself if she got out?

She won’t get a break as long as the kids lives are not kept private and she flops around like she is the queen of entitlement and all things relating to tv. (Narcissism) She can’t speak worth crap. No she has no gift of gab. No talent to act. She makes every thing about herself. I think her show could have went longer (*shudder*) if they had NOT did couch interviews and just filmed the kids having fun. Neither her nor the kids said anything entertaining or informative on the couch. It just disrupted whatever episode I was watching. Actually “The Eight” alone would have been a better show (and maybe then they would have gotten the pay they deserve! 100% in a trust)

Take a look at the photo’s. It was a piece of paper not a water bottle. Kate lied again. She did not even know what was being retreived. Collin could have been burned! The point is that Kate stated she gave him permission. What normal, caring parent gives permission for a child to go under a vehicle. Collin will think that it is okay to do that and the next time he does it he might not be so lucky. I would have put everyone in the vehicle, moved up a little and then got the paper myself. Kate is to lazy because she was busy twittering. God this woman digusts me!

If you look at the photos, Collin was “NOT” retreiving a water bottle, it was a peice of paper. Once again, Kate lies and expects everyone to just accept her lies as the gospel. Evidently she was too busy tweeting or whatever the hell she does to even notice what was going on.
