Kate Gosselin’s Advice on Running, Tanning, Haters and More!
Kate Gosselin is answering fan questions on her KatePlusMy8 blog, fielding questions about running, hair extensions, tanning, chores, decluttering and how she handles the haters.
Whew!
One fan asks for advice for “someone who wants to start running” and Kate shares, “Just start somewhere. Put on your running shoes, quit the excuses and go…”
Gosselin explains that you should start slowly and build in time and intensity.
One fan seems convinced that Gosselin has a personal trainer, though Kate says, “I have never trained for ONE minute with a trainer but wish I could find one because I have so many questions!” Kate says her fitness secrets are “healthy eating and determination. All things in moderation and exercise hard!”
As for those hair extensions, Gosselin says she’s been “extension-less” since January.
What about handling the Kate haters? Gosselin says, “I am human and I have feelings so, yes, all negativity affects me to a certain degree. I don’t let it get to me though because everyone in the spotlight has haters and so they are pretty generic in that sense. You have your supporters and your haters.”
Kate says she likes to “turn the criticism around for the positive” and says “I’m way too busy to care who said what to tear me down.”
Check out more of Kate’s answers to questions about chores and decluttering at KatePlusMy8.
Oh, and Kate doesn’t use self tanner or get spray tans because she’s allergic to them. She credits her tan with the “fake bake” of a tanning bed.
