“E! News” host Giuliana Rancic has been through a lot – she and Bill Rancic have been trying to get pregnant for a third time through in vitro fertilization.
However, through the process, she discovered she has breast cancer.
“I have early stages of breast cancer,” she revealed. During her third round of IVF treatments, her doctor had ordered a mammogram which had detected the cancer.
Rancic, 36, and her husband Bill also have appeared on their own reality show, “Giuliana and Bill”.
Rancic noted on the Today show that she caught the cancer early – early diagnosis ups the chances that the cancer can be successfully treated, according to the American Cancer Society.
