Teresa Giudice talks family on RHONJ reunion
Teresa Giudice talked openly on the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion about her bankruptcy, sharing that she wants to set a good example for her daughters.
During the RHONJ reunion, Teresa Giudice answered questions from Andy Cohen about the bankruptcy, who noted that she’s stepped up to take care of her family and is “bringing home the bacon.”
Teresa Giudice said, “I love getting back into the whole working thing… I want to show my daughters, I want them to be independent and not rely on a man and you know, go to college and be successful.”
Giudice also explained how she lived this past season while going through a bankruptcy, noting that her “Skinny Italian” book helped to bring home the bacon.
During the RHONJ reunion, viewers were shown the Giudice Christmas, where Teresa’s daughters were said to have gotten less for the holidays, but Andy Cohen brought up that Teresa bought her girls a Mercedes toy car and an iPod touch.
Giudice explained, “Since the bankruptcy, I’m saving money by not spending as much.”
Andy Cohen isn’t so sure that spending money on those items was a great idea! Cohen quipped to Teresa, “Boy, you are really crackin the whip.”
Andy and Teresa talked about how she and Joe have $8 million to pay back, which the Giudices agreed to pay after they withdrew themselves from bankruptcy.

Teresa seems so fake and when she lies and gets called out on it all she says is “whatever” When she called Caroline a liar it just made Teresa look more pathetic. Say what you want about Caroline, but the last thing I would ever say about her is that shes a liar. I think Teresa’s life and lifestyle will be coming to an end sooner than later. I was reading that her loving husband Joe has a mistress and a love child. Wondering if this is true? I don’t wish anyone ill will, but Teresa makes me almost wish she would fall down hard!!!!
bellabrunetti commented on Oct 17 11 at 1:22 pmI HATE that Teresa behaved the way she did….I have aways really liked her but on the reunion show she came off as a bully and a bitch….she is VERY unlikable when she reacts that way and it changed my opinion of her a bit….I actually felt sorry for Caroline and wanted Teresa to shut up and leave her alone. Tre came off as an insecure, jealous ranting lunatic….she should be embarrassed….
