Did your husband gain “sympathy weight” while you were pregnant? Mine did. When I was expecting my son, both of us were eating for two!
Men gaining sympathy weight while their wives are pregnant is a phenomenon that quite a few dads-to-be experience, and there is no doubt that getting in a little extra exercise helps to combat the problem.
Hilary Duff is pregnant with her first child, and her husband, Mike Comrie, was spotted in LA heading to yoga class with a yoga mat under his arm. Could it be that Mike is worried about sympathy weight gain too, or is yoga already a regular part of his fitness regime?
Yoga is a great way to get rid of unwanted stress and to stay in shape. And if Mike is taking power yoga classes, the chances of him putting on sympathy weight are slim to none.
Mike and Hilary will likely be enjoying a quiet evening at home tonight for her 24th birthday. Hope he got his workout in before the birthday cake comes out!
