Pregnant Hilary Duff Selling Her Home: Searching For Kid-Friendly Pad?

Pregnant mom-to-be Hilary Duff is on the move! Well, at least she’s moving out of her current home in Toluca Lake, CA. She just put the property on the market, and the list price is a whopping $6.25 million!
Considering the house is located in a prestigious neighborhood near Los Angeles, I guess the asking price really isn’t all that high. The home is 8827 square feet, and has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
It’s certainly more than large enough for Hilary, her husband Mike Comrie, and their baby, so why are they looking to sell?
My guess is that the couple is looking for a home that is more kid-friendly, and also one that is not directly next door to Hilary’s parents. Having the grandparents near by is nice, but it’s a whole other story when they can practically see into your windows!
Wherever they are going, Hilary and Mike had better find a new house before their new addition arrives!
