Kate Gosselin Down To Size Two: Is She Getting Too Thin?
Kate Gosselin has definitely lost a few pounds since her former reality show, Jon and Kate Plus Eight, first debuted. Whether it was her divorce from Jon or the fact that she started running regularly that contributed to her shrinking frame, she’s definitely gotten much smaller over the years.
On her new blog, Ask Kate, she flat out told everyone how tall she is, how much she weighs, and said that she’s typically a size two or four in clothing. At 5’6″ and 126 pounds “on a good day,” is Kate getting a bit too thin?
She looks pretty good to me, but it sounds like even though she’s very slender, she still isn’t thrilled with her body. She said, “I’d like to be taller and built smaller… And I’d love to have long, endless, skinny legs… Wouldn’t we all?”
I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have those thoughts some days too. But isn’t being happy and confident in your own skin way more important than the number on the scale or on the tags of your clothing?

Teri commented on Sep 19 11 at 4:35 pm126 lbs is perfectly healthy for someone who is 5’6″. As for the size two? With the vanity sizing that has become standard in our society, I wouldn’t take that into account at all. In fact, I think we need to stop focusing on women’s weight. When’s the last time you heard about a man described in lbs and inches? Food for thought….
