Kirstie Alley weight loss is making news – as Alley is at the top of her game these days after a successful run on Dancing with the Stars and a 100 pound weight loss.
Alley told Entertainment Tonight, “I feel like I’m back in my element. I honestly didn’t even realize what I looked like.”
How did Kirstie Alley lose all that weight? Kirstie has her own organic line of diet products, called “Organic Liaison,” plus there’s all that cardio time she racked up on DWTS.
Alley’s weight loss success is from pure determination and hard work – no plastic surgery short cuts for Kirstie, who says, “I haven’t had plastic surgery, but here’s the reason: People do plastic surgery to make you look younger. I don’t think it makes you look younger … it can make you look weirder.”

Kirstie claims her highest weight was 228 pounds and she lost 100 pounds. She claims she weighs 175. If you subtract 100 from 228 you get 128.D0 the math.
