Yes, Kate Gosselin freaked out over a slice of pizza that was meant for bodyguard Steve. Yes, she and her babysitter got into it pretty good.
And yes, Anderson Cooper rehashes the events quite well, rolling his eyes and mocking the whole meltdown – even breaking it down piece by piece to dissect what exactly went wrong with Kate.
Cooper joked about Kate’s concern over the bodyguard: “Middle-aged bodyguards can get pretty cranky if their routine is thrown off: You know, lunch, juice box, binkie nap.”
Gosselin got into a heated argument with babysitter Ashley, who suggested Steve eat something else, yelling, “He doesn’t eat macaroni and cheese or salad! That’s the whole point.”
Kate’s babysitter quit and Cooper warned, “It is a cautionary tale. So many lessons for all of us to learn…wash your hands, guard your food… If you somehow, against all odds, find a woman who’s willing to help you take eight kids on a cross-country road trip, for goodness sake, let her divide the pizza any way she wants.”
Anderson Cooper, stop making me love you so much.
