Bethenny Frankel's baby Bryn is a good sleeper!

Bethenny Frankel is happy to share tips and milestones about baby Bryn on Twitter. Recently, Bethenny helped out a fan looking for some help in getting their baby to sleep through the night.

Frankel has boasted before that Bryn is a solid sleeper, tweeting in June: “Bryn is unbelievable.to bed at 8&sleeps til 8 or 9 every day.jason&i r waiting for her to start our day.”

A fan recently asked, “why is my 8 month old still waking up in the middle of the night to eat!Help” and Bethenny responded: “U need system w structure, schedule&consistency.”

Her ultimate tip for getting a baby to sleep through the night? Bethenny writes, “For baby that wakes up,I also like doing a “dream feed”bottle at 10p while they’re asleep then they’ll make it through as will you.”

Have you tried this suggestion and had any luck? We used to do a similar tactic – nursing the baby at around 11 p.m. in hopes of holding them off until morning. Often it did work!
