Nicole Richie was spotted taking her daughter, Harlow Winter Kate Madden, to the Malibu fair in Malibu, California on Saturday (September 3).
Harlow looked like a cute little Where’s Waldo as she sported a red and white striped shirt. And mom Nicole Richie looked as chic as always in frayed shoes and a cute button town top.
Nicole recently got into a dance off competition with her sister as she tweeted, “My sister just challenged me to a Beyonce dance-off tonight at her BDay party. Let her win? Or make her cry? Decisions Decisions…”
