Britney Spears at the MTV VMAs

Britney Spears is all grown up!  The singer and mom of two seemed very put together at the MTV Video Music Awards Sunday night.

The pop princess didn’t even flinch when Lady Gaga, dressed as her alter ego Jo Calderone, leaned in to try and kiss her.

Known for her racy kiss with Madonna at the 2003 VMAs, Britney has definitely changed her persona, deciding that kissing girls on TV is not her thing anymore.

Britney, 29, said “I’ve already done that,” to a disappointed Lady Gaga.

I’m pretty sure the reason behind that decision has to go to the fact that her boys, Jayden and Sean Preston, are getting older!  Brit is also going pretty steady with her boyfriend, Jason Trawick.

Lady Gaga presented Britney with the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award…. and hung around when really, she should have let Brit do her speech on her own!  That’s another blog post…

Britney thanked her fans, her boys Jayden and Preston and her boyfriend Jason Trawick in her acceptance speech, and laughed as a group of little girls danced a medley of Britney’s biggest hits.

Britney  won Best Pop Video for her hit single, “Till the World Ends” at the 2011 VMAs.
