Victoria Beckham

See what happens when you wear high heels during pregnancy? You ruin your back!

Poor Victoria Beckham has been ordered to wear flats because of a slipped disc in her back.

The horror!

Posh Spice is under doctor’s orders not to wear high heels until her back is healed completely.

She is never photographed without wearing high heels and done up in full make-up and hair.  But Victoria stepped out into public and did all three!

Wearing dark glasses and a simple outfit, Victoria was spotted wearing flats, bare-faced and her hair pulled back.  Her nanny held baby Harper in a car seat as they made their way to a business meeting.

This was the first time Victoria was photographed out and about since giving birth to daughter Harper Seven in July.

Wearing high heels in pregnancy can put excessive strain on the spine.  If you remember, Victoria was wearing five-inch Louboutin heels at Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding!

Because Victoria also had a c-section, it put her back under further pressure.  Now, doctors have advised her that she cannot risk wearing high heels.

Since Harper’s birth, she has been resting at a home on Malibu beach, California, with David Beckham and sons Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, eight, and Cruz, six.
