What’s Next For Kate Gosselin? What Happened to New Show “Twist of Kate”?

Now that TLC has cancelled “Kate Plus 8”, could they be ready to unveil the new reality show starring Kate Gosselin called “Twist of Kate”?
Twelve episodes of Twist of Kate were ordered and the show was originally scheduled for Fall 2010 but did not air. Representatives from TLC have since insisted that the show was not cancelled but an updated air date was not given.
Although Twist of Kate has not been included in TLC’s recently released fall 2011 line-up, will the new show start finally airing after Kate Plus 8 wraps up?
Twist of Kate was supposed to be a show about Kate, a single mom, supporting other single mothers by seeing what these mothers do on a daily basis. Kate herself would join their typical day on the various jobs that these single moms would be doing.
The new series would focus solely on Kate Gosselin and women who have been inspired by her story. TLC has indicated that Kate would be reading fan letters from these women during the show in an attempt to highlight women who are facing their own personal challenges in life.
In November 2010, Kate did an interview with ET’s Mary Hart and she was asked about Twist of Kate. Kate reportedly said the show was still a go and were re-working it to make it fun and upbeat.
I’m thinking that TLC will finish airing Kate Plus 8 and then we’ll watch Kate go solo.
