Gordon Ramsay Sure Can Swear

What is Chef Gordon Ramsay known for? His vicious tongue. The man can swear not unlike a sailor. And besides his Michelin Star earning restaurants and his popular TV show Hell’s Kitchen, he and wife Tana are raising four children. So this begs the question, does this man with a notoriously dirty mouth curse in front of his kids?

“I try not to swear in front of the kids. It’s wrong. I tell them it’s wrong, even though part of me thinks, ‘They are going to hear it anyway, why not from us?’”

Besides learning the occasional swear word, he is also teaching his kids to be strong, confident and “hungry.”

“I want my son to be competitive and hungry, but, more importantly, to do what he wants to do but to be the best at it. I say to him, “If you are going to be a librarian in Wandsworth, be the best and the funniest.” Mind you, you never know with kids. My  (then) seven-year-old daughter, Tilly, told my wife, Tana, the other day that she wants to be a lesbian when she grows up!”

Do you swear in front of your kids?
