Tim Gunn and Rachel Zoe might want to make some room in their profession for a pint-sized, talented newcomer. Mother of the most fashionable (and famous) tot in Hollywood, Katie Holmes says her daughter Suri is her “biggest fashion critic.”
The actress says her daughter is destined to work in fashion and has been picking out her own clothes since the age of two.
What’s more, the 5-year-old budding fashionista even knows how to sew her own clothes.
Katie tells the British Marie Claire, “Suri is magical when it coms to clothes – she’s quite an artist. We go to fabric stores and sew together.”
“Sometimes I take inspiration from Suri’s fashion choices. Suri is my style critic. I know I look good when Suri asks if she can have my outfit when she’s older,” she adds.
We can believe it when we hear Katie say her daughter is her style critic. Suri sure had some choice words when her mom appeared on the Jay Leno show looking like this.

Everyone loves their child, but to allow her to influence your fashion choices? Oh brother. She’s a child….a little kid who should be starting kindergarten with other children her age rather than being dragged in front of paps in high heels and more makeup than an adult wears. I sincerely believe Holmes must have an IQ of 50 to say the idiotic things she does. Each interview is another chance to say WTF??!! Between she and Cruise, who completely went around the bend years ago, that poor child is doomed to being screwed up.

Suri is just a normal child. I agree with Deanna and her comment. If Suri is merely average would it be such a bad thing or would Cruise and Holmes be upset.

I guess they are hoping if you say it often enough, then it must be true. I wish they would show some humility for Suri’s sake. All of their bragging makes it hard to like her, through no fault of her own… poor little girl.
