Jessica Alba Baby News: Don’t Ask If She’s Going to Have More Kids!

Jessica Alba baby news is right around the corner, but don’t ask her if she’s planning to have more kids just yet!
Timing is everything… and for pregnant mom Jessica Alba, being asked if she’s going to have more babies right now isn’t ideal timing.
Jessica Alba told reporters at a Spy Kids 4 press event that she can’t even think about more babies right now: “I’m at the end of a pregnancy! It’s sort of a cruel question to ask. ‘You’ve been pregnant for almost a year now. Want to have more?’ It’s like, ‘Ugh, I can’t really imagine that right now.’”

Jessica also talked about how becoming a parent has changed her view on the types of projects she wants to do.
Alba shares about her Spy Kids 4 role: “I don’t know if I would have even done this movie if I weren’t a parent. So I actually brought my real-life experience to work, for sure.”
Alba says “It’s more about the time commitment and also the people I’m working with than anything,” adding that she used to worry about the payoff, both monetarily and career-wise, but now asks, “Am I going to grow as an actor and is this going to be a challenge? … Is it going to be six months out of the year or is it going to be two weeks?’”
While family definitely factors into her decisions about what roles she’ll take, she says she’d like to do an action movie next.
Alba says she’d have to get in shape for that kind of role, noting, ”I would obviously have to train for whatever it is. After [the baby is born], I do have a workout routine to lose baby weight.”
We have no doubt she’ll be back to her pre-pregnancy shape in no time!
