Natalie Portman graduated from Harvard University.

With all of the crazy antics and outlandish behavior that goes on in Hollywood, it’s hard to imagine that some celebrities are actually very well educated human beings. While the acting profession has its fair share of high school and college dropouts, plenty of celebs, including some of our favorite celebrity parents, graduated with a degree from an Ivy League school.

Eight universities have the prestigious “Ivy League” designation: Yale, Princeton, Cornell, Columbia, Dartmouth, Brown, Harvard, and the University of Pennsylvania.

Natalie Portman is a brand new mom, having just given birth to a son back in June. Natalie’s acting career took off at a young age, but she didn’t let her work stop her from attending Harvard University, and experiencing life as a regular college student. While at Harvard, Natalie lived in the dorms, hung out with her fellow classmates, and enjoyed all that campus life had to offer. She graduated from Harvard with a degree in 2003 with a B.A. in Psychology.

Here are photos of 15 other celebrity parents who are also Ivy League graduates!
