Celebrity moms and dads typically follow super healthy diets to maintain their weight and make sure that they are camera ready at all times. Most of them insist on being very strict when it comes to what types of foods they will and will not eat.
The daily menus of celebrity parents are often quite predictable, and usually consist of things such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish. It’s almost like celebs are trained to tell people that those three foods are the main staples of their diets.
It’s always refreshing to see celebrities who seem real, from celeb moms with cellulite to moms who weren’t back in their skinny jeans directly after giving birth. It makes the rest of us feel a whole lot more normal, that’s for sure!
Though they stick to healthy regimes most of the time, even celebrity parents fall off the wagon and go through the drive-thru now and then. Fast food may not be very good for you, but sometimes it’s just way too tasty to resist!
