Jennifer Lopez Expected to Have Primary Custody of Twins
Jennifer Lopez to live in LA with twins after Marc Anthony split.
In the wake of Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony’s shocking split, Marc is focusing on making it very clear to the world that he is single and ready to mingle, while Jennifer is putting her efforts into her children and her work. Sources close to Jennifer say that she is “devastated” over the split, and tried everything she could to make the marriage work before officially ending things. One insider told US Weekly, “They went to marriage counseling. She was patient and loving and did everything he wanted her to.. She exhausted all the possibilities.”
Perhaps the saddest part of Marc and Jennifer splitting up is the fact that they share two adorable children together, twins Max and Emme, who are three. Though it will take months before the divorce is finalized, friends close to Jennifer say that she will likely have primary custody of Emme and Max, and will reside in Los Angeles with them.
While Jennifer is sad over the loss of her marriage, those closest to her also insist that she is ready to move on and have a fresh start. One source said, “She is looking forward to the future. She is jumping back into work and being a mom with all her energy and she is really excited. She feels like she has grown leaps and bounds and is a new person now, better than ever!”
