Gwen Stefani Prepares For New ‘No Doubt’ Record: Babies Got In The Way
Gwen Stefani prepared for a new 'No Doubt' album.
Gwen Stefani was spotted heading into a recording studio on Friday (July 8) in Sherman Oaks, California. And it could be that she is holding songs from the upcoming No Doubt album that is 10-years in the making.
“A lot of stuff happened during that time period,” she said. “Marriages, babies and, for me, two records and two clothing lines. So if you really worked out the math, you’d be like, ‘Wow, you guys are going fast.’”
“It’s so exciting to have a record coming out,” Gwen added. “And we all want the same thing: for it to be modern and catchy and addictive. Once you make music that connects with people, it’s like you taste blood — you can’t go back.”

Rosie commented on Jul 10 11 at 11:22 pmI am VERY excited for the new No Doubt record!! But I think your headline claiming that ”babies got in the way” is a little rude. Gwen wasn’t complaining that her and her bandmates’ children ”got in the way”,she was just explaining part of the reason why the new No Doubt has taken so long to finish;it will be well-worth the wait for the fans,of course.
