It’s summer time which means short skirts, flowy dresses, bikinis and short shorts!
When I was younger, my summer wardrobe consisted only of jean shorts in every color – light denim, dark denim, black, white.
Then when I got pregnant, I felt I should stop wearing shorts because they were too “young”. A mother is supposed to wear more sophisticated clothing, right?
Not!
Once my kids were no longer babies and I was finally getting some more sleep, I started getting back into my old fashion mentality – wear those short shorts! As long as the shorts look nice, why not? But one rule that applies to everyone – no butt cheeks showing please!
