Somehow, with all of this year’s summer movies, I seemed to focus only on the animated films as ones that my children could watch, like Cars 2 and Winnie the Pooh. Even Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 made my list of movies to take my kids to see.
One movie I didn’t even consider was Zookeeper. I figured with Kevin James starring and Adam Sandler providing one of the animal voices, it wouldn’t be appropriate for my kids.
But then Ali Landry tweeted this pic of her and her daughter, saying “Just got out of zookeeper premier. Estela fell in love with Bernie.” That made me take a closer look at the movie and realize that it’s only rated PG. Take a look at the Zookeeper trailer here:
