Mom-To-Be Tia Mowry Enjoys Weekend Baby Shower
Star of the classic sitcom Sister, Sister, mom-to-be Tia Mowry was given a surprise baby shower this past weekend at the London Hotel in Hollywood.
Airest Newsome of Dinner Party with Airest threw the party and invited fellow celebrity guests, Jackee Harris (Tia’s TV mom on Sister, Sister), twin sister Tamera, and Tia’s The Game costars Wendy Raquel Robinson and Brittany Daniel.
This was no low key event. Guests feasted on a menu cooked by famous chef Gordon Ramsey himself. The menu also included desserts such as custom cupcakes, adorably topped with sugar booties and bottles, and cake pops from Beverly Hills bakery Sweet E’s.The extravagant gifts included a stunning Petit Tresoir bassinet and baby shoes from Jackie Harris.
Mowry told US Magazine that the shower reinforced the idea that the baby will soon be here:
“Being around family and friends was definitely the highlight of my shower. Seeing my grandmother, best friend, and brothers and sister made it all seem so real that I am having a BABY!! No turning back now. I feel so blessed to surrounded by such love!”
