Britney Spears Learned To “Eat Clean” To Get Her Figure Back, Here’s How You Can Too
Britney Spears’ weight had been the subject of the media speculation after giving birth to her two children. But no more. Spears is back in tip-top shape, but not by typical dieting. Instead, she follows the Eat Clean eating plan. In People Magazine, Spears explains exactly how she got her hot, new body just in time for her new summer tour.
But Spears isn’t the only Hollywood mom to follow “The Eat-Clean Diet Stripped – Peel Off Those Last 10 Pounds.” Nicole Kidman, Halle Berry, and Angelina Jolie are also Eat Clean followers.
So how do you eat clean?
At 52, Tosca Reno, author of the book topped out at 205 pounds before she transformed her own body using her eat clean principles:
Eating Clean Principles:
1. Eat more! Eat six small meals each day, spaced two-and-a-half to three-hour intervals.
2. Eat breakfast every day, within an hour of rising.
3. Make your last meal three hours before bed.
4. Eat a combination of lean protein and complex carbohydrates at each meal.
5. Eat sufficient healthy fats every day.
6. Drink two to three liters of water each day.
7. Depend on fresh fruits and vegetables for fiber, vitamins, nutrients and enzymes.
9. Adhere to proper portion sizes.
10. Eat only foods that have not been processed or doused in chemicals, saturated and trans fats/and or toxins.
