Kate Gosselin Today Show: Kate’s Ready to Date, Kids Want Her to Get Married (Video)
Kate Gosseliin dating again?
Kate Gosselin on the Today show… again? Yes, the Kate Plus 8 star was back for yet another Today show interview (video), chatting up her big New York City birthday outing with a friend, calling it, “one of the best weekends, ever.”
Gosselin and a pal went to a club for a birthday surprise, but seems the club scene isn’t her thing!
Meredith Vieira asks where Kate Gosselin is with dating, and while Kate says, “I’m ready,” it doesn’t appear that any men are knocking down the door just yet.
Kate Gosselin mentions that the kids are talking about Kate moving on, asking, “Are you going to get married anytime soon?”
Even daughter Leah noted, “It’s kind of getting boring around here with just you.” Gosselin says she takes that as permission to date and move on, but says, “It’s hard the second time around.”
Vieira also asks how the kids are, noting that two were taken out of school for issues they had and were home schooled.
Gosselin reports that they returned to school and completed the year.
Even if Kate Gosselin isn’t yet dating, she says, “Overall, I’m very happy.”
And naturally, it wouldn’t be a Kate Gosselin Today show interview without a question about ex-husband Jon Gosselin!
Kate notes that “he’s doing better for the kids” and she says she’ll give him credit for that.
Do the Gosselin kids still love doing Kate Plus 8? Kate assures, “They are still really enjoying it. I think that they would miss our crew if they weren’t around.”
Tonight’s episode of Kate Plus 8 is about her birthday in New York.
