Sister Wives Move to Las Vegas to Protect Family (Video)
The Sister Wives are on the move to Las Vegas, uprooting their family from Utah to Nevada to protect the kids.
In the video clip, Kody Brown talks about the decision to move the sister wives and kids to Las Vegas, a decision that wasn’t made lightly.
It was initially hard to get the family’s buy-in, with Kody noting that the kids leaving friends behind caused him to have second thoughts, but wife Janelle urged him to make the move.
What changed their minds to make the move to Vegas? “Opportunity,” Brown shares, noting, “We’re not worried about people’s opinion about us anymore or worried about the danger of having the family split up.”
Do you think the Sister Wives Brown family made the right choice to move their family?

suzanne commented on Jun 08 11 at 3:08 pmI am wondering why the Browns decided to move to Vegas. They said that they did not want the family split up yet they now have 4 different houses – isn’t this exactly what they said they did not want? kody also stated that he felt Vegas would give his family religious freedom – he is right as Vegas is a VERY tolerant city and pretty much allows any lifestyle to exist.
In the previews for the next season they are complaining about Vegas being a “tough” city and that the children are exposed to things they never saw before in Utah and there isn’t a Mormon community” in Vegas – I live in Vegas and have for several years. Yes, Vegas is a “tough” city and a non-local would be exposed to things that they perhaps have never seen before. Vegas makes no excuses for its way of life – if you don’t like it – don’t move here. I am pretty sure the Browns had some idea of what Vegas is and what they would find here so I don’t appreciate they comments/complaints about this city. As far as no “Mormon community” in Vegas – that is incorrect – we have many many Mormons here – they are very nice quiet people and they don’t seem to have any problems living here. Perhaps the Browns should rethink there decision on moving to Vegas and perhaps find a community bettere suited to their lifestyle.
