Charlie Sheen & Brooke Mueller Come To Custody Agreement
Charlie Sheen & Brooke Mueller agree to a custody arrangement.
It’s been months since Charlie Sheen and estranged wife Brooke Mueller have separated, but the time has finally come that the sparring duo have come to a custody agreement pertaining to their twin boys, Max and Bob.
TMZ reports that the former couple has decided to share joint legal and physical custody of the 2-year-old boys, and that their attorneys submitted the details of the deal to a judge Wednesday (June 1) in Los Angeles.
While the custody will be equally divided, the boys will end up spending more time with their mother.
Sheen had earlier requested full sole custody of the boys after their mom entered rehab for another go-round, but the judge denied the bid due to the fact that Sheen had not spent much time with the boys as of late.
Brooke is now out of rehab and has reunited with the twins. The next step is for both parties to sign the documents once they’re removed from the court.

I think his hot temper and outspoken behavior get him in more trouble than is necessary. However there are always two sides to every story. I think his ex wives have played dirty concerning divorce and child custody battles – restraining orders issued simply to gain more legal leverage and so forth. This has less to do with whether Charlie is a fit father and more to do with pissy women using the court to punish an ex husband for comments he’s made. Whatever opinions one may have about Sheen, his exes are no angels. Look at Denise. She insists Charlie curb his inappropriate behavior and bad boy ways. Then what does she do? She dates the likes of Ritchie Sambora, another recovering addict and Nikki Sixx, one of the 80s most notorious bad boy rockers who wrote a book bragging of his drug and sex exploits. Gee, deja vu anyone? Denise doesn’t want Charlie’s girlfriends around the children but its okay to have Nikki Sixx of all people near her daughters?

She was a sleeze bag when he met her…is still a sleeze bag….and will always be a sleeze bag!! That is what attracted Charlie to her in the first place! Sounds like the judge was paid off by someone!!
