Will you run with Heidi Klum?

Last Summer, Heidi Klum and her husband had a friendly competition to see which of them could log the most miles running over the course of the summer.  Celeb mom Heidi Klum ran every morning because of the challenge.

She gets that it’s hard to keep up with running every day. “Trust me, I get it. I know what it’s like to juggle a lot of things: family, friends, work. We are all busy and sometimes exercise gets left behind.”

But, Heidi Klum knows we all want to look and feel good, too.  By sharing in this challenge, participants can support each other.

The challenge starts June 20. Run or walk every day for eight weeks.  Heidi Klum will blog and tweet about her run every day and encourages you to send her updates on how you are doing with the challenge.

“Sometimes the hardest part is getting out the door, but let’s just get out there and move!”

Will you join in Heidi Klum’s challenge?
