Queen Elizabeth held a banquet at Buckingham Palace to welcome President Barack Obama to London. And if you thought Barack & Michelle Obama weren’t enough star power, the Queen invited some Hollywood heavy hitters to the dinner including Tim Burton and Helena Bonham-Carter, Kevin Spacey, Kristin Chenoweth, and Tom Hanks along with wife Rita Wilson.
So what does one wear to have dinner with the queen? Here is what parents Tom and Rita wore:
Tom wore a white tie which was the style that all the men wore. And Rita wore a long beaded nude hued gown which looked similar to the Stella McCartney gown that Naomi Watts wore to the recent Met Gala.
