Emily Maynard and daughter Ricki at her first recital!

The latest Emily Maynard and Brad Womack breakup update is that The Bachelor couple have officially split! Emily is said to have returned Brad’s engagement ring, according to a UsMagazine.com report.

UsMagazine.com has posted a recent picture of Emily Maynard running errands and the engagement ring in nowhere in sight, so maybe there’s some truth to the breakup rumors.

According to a source, Maynard returned the ring to ABC, noting, “It’s completely over now.”

It’s been rumored before that Emily Maynard and Brad Womack broke up, but this seems to be the first time it was confirmed that the engagement ring was returned.

It looks like Emily’s focus now is on being mom to daughter Ricki, as the source tells Us Magazine, “Emily is happy in Charlotte [North Carolina] and is not moving to Austin with Ricki. She is content.”

Over the weekend, Emily shared a photo on Facebook of her with Ricki at her daughter’s first dance recital – too cute!

If the break up news is indeed true, then Brad Womack won’t be dad to Ricki, which is unfortunate because he seemed to really enjoy spending time with Emily’s daughter.

Do you think Emily Maynard will be the next Bachelorette… or do you think she’ll give up on finding love on a reality show?

I believe Emily did the right thing by breaking up with Womack. He was not for her. Number one if you really like someone even in a show you dont go kissing all other women, number two he has a police record in fraud years ago and number three it seems he was desperately looking for someone and when you desperately look you may find something but it really is not meant to be.

Emily is too sofisticated and wholesome and has gained respect by people. If he has temper then he is not the one to be. Good decision Emily. FInd someone over at the hospital or volunteer your time doing something you like you just may find something there.

Emily it is true, there is somebody for everybody. Womack was a nice guy couteous and seemed sincere looking for a mate but it seems he had too many issues his past, hearing about his temper, having to see a psychologist for a year or so, etc. Dont go back to the bachlorrette it only seems as if your desperate looking for someone. Remember love comes to you when your not looking but if you go seeking you may find something that later you may regret. Again, you did the right thing Womack was not the one for you. Continue and stay where you are most happy. It seems your mind was still on your past love that past away and your not over him and if your not over him yet you cannot find someone.

Give yourself time in having a platonic friend and in time hopefully something will grow. Your child is more important and I applaud you for not staying with Mr Womack May he find someone he truely loves and takes his time in a relationship.
