Will Kelsey Grammer get custody of the kids?
The Kelsey Grammer custody battle wages on, as Kelsey is looking for sole custody and Camille Grammer is prepared for a fight!
Kelsey Grammer filed legal papers for primary physical custody of his two children, daughter Mason Olivia, 9, and son Jude Gordon, 6.
Kelsey Grammer and Camille Donatacci, Grammer’s third wife, split last year, filing for divorce in July 2010.
Kelsey was engaged to Kayte Walsh in December and the couple were married in February.
Grammer also has two other children from previous relationships.
If Kelsey Grammer’s custody request was to be approved, Camille would have the children for half of their summer and half of their winter breaks.
A friend of Camille’s commented to People.com: “She will fight like hell to keep her children with her, being raised by her, exactly where the children wish to be.”
Camille lives in Los Angeles, while Kelsey lives in New York City.
Looks like one heck of a custody battle is ahead. Please, put your children’s needs first!
