Gisele Bundchen Gushes About Son and Alone Time With Tom Brady
Gisele Bundchen can definitely be controversial when it comes to her opinions on parenting, but in a new interview with PEOPLE, she sounded much more like a “regular” mom. And in this particular interview, she didn’t tell moms and dads how they should or should not raise their kids.
Instead, Gisele talked about how much her life has changed since having son, Benjamin. One of the things she said was that she cherishes the alone time she has with husband, Tom Brady. She said, “Sometimes we have date nights, sometimes we have hikes together. The most important thing, I think, is to find the time to be with each other.”
Bundchen also added that she and Brady don’t get out of the Boston area as much as they’d like. “We really do love to travel, but being parents, we travel less now then we have in the past. It’s definitely more challenging traveling with a child,” Gisele reports.
Their lack of travel sets Gisele and Tom apart from other celeb parents who have managed to turn their kids into little jet setters. Somehow they’ve realized that lugging baby gear through an airport isn’t exactly the easiest feat!
Gisele also added that she and Tom always try and squeeze in time with Benjamin each day, no matter how busy they are. She told PEOPLE, “There is nothing more rewarding then to come home and see them after a long day of work. As his mom, I think everything Benjamin does is cute.”
