Brad Pitt talks kids at Cannes

Brad Pitt truly has his kids in mind with every film choice he makes, he shares during a Cannes Film Festival interview.

Brad Pitt, who is in Cannes for the premiere of his new film, “The Tree of Life,” said he didn’t jump at the role of a stern father, fearing how his children would perceive him in the role.

Pitt explains, “I think of everything I do now that my kids are going to see when they grow up and how are they going to feel. But they know me as a dad and I hope they’ll just think of me as a pretty damn good actor.”

Aw. I’m sure they already think of him as a pretty darn good dad – check out photos of Brad Pitt taking his kids to the playground, just like a regular, non-famous dad would do!

Pitt also shared some of his own upbringing, saying, “I got brought up being told things were God’s way, and when things didn’t work out it was called God’s plan. I’ve got my issues with it. Don’t get me started. I found it very stifling.”

Something tells me he doesn’t parent in the same way!
