Johnny Depp's kids aren't as in love with Jack Sparrow as the rest of us!

Jack Sparrow is the coolest pirate around.  We can’t wait for the newest Pirates of the Caribbean movie to come out!

But, not everyone is as impressed. Johnny Depp’s own kids think more of Robert Downey Jr.’s Ironman character than they do their dad’s Jack Sparrow!

Maybe they look at Jack Sparrow as just being their dad acting silly, while they see Iron Man as a superhero.

Robert Downey Jr. and Johnny Depp are friends.  Depp says, “He and his wife came over for dinner and my son just couldn’t believe that he was sitting next to Iron Man, so I saw Captain Jack leave my son’s eyes and Iron Man was the ticket.”

Maybe his kids will change their minds after they see Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.  Though, superheroes tend to beat out all else when it comes to young boys. Mine think Iron Man is pretty cool, too.

Maybe when Johnny Depp’s kids are older, they’ll think more of the pirate Jack Sparrow.
