Ivanka Trump: Baby Kicks Makes Her Pregnancy ‘All the More Real’
Ivanka Trump is only 2 months away from becoming a mother for the first time, and she tells PEOPLE that her and husband are “very, very excited.”
29 year-old Ivanka works for her father Donald Trump as the Executive Vice President of Development and Acquisitions at The Trump Organization. She also has her own jewelry line. She appears with her father on his show Celebrity Apprentice, as well.
Her husband, Jared Kushner, is the owner of The New York Observer. The couple have been married since October 2009. They are expecting a baby girl in July.
One thing about pregnancy that makes it more real? The baby kicks! “This is definitely something you can’t imagine what it would feel like so the little kicks, the movements, it makes it all the more real,” Trump told PEOPLE at the 10th Annual Women Who Care Luncheon at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York on Thursday, April 28th.
“Generally I think I’ve been fortunate because I’ve been feeling well through the pregnancy.” She’s very lucky! So many women experience horrible morning sickness. I wonder if her nutritious diet is helping her?
“I feel great. I’ve been really, really lucky so I think the sleepless nights will come when the baby’s born!” she laughs. Oh Ivanka! Just you wait! Those sleepless nights are harder than you can even imagine. I’m sure she’ll have some nanny help, what do you think?
Ivanka’s brother Donald is also expecting his third child later this year.
