CNN’s Kyra Phillips Talks About Her Twins’ Names
Kyra Phillips is enjoying the challenges that come with having twins, and I know all about these challenges because I have twins too! Kyra recently sat down with Celebrity Baby Scoop to talk about the new additions to her family.
FOX News Senior National Correspondent John Roberts, 54, and his fiancée CNN Newsroom anchor Kyra Phillips, 42, welcomed fraternal twins – daughter Sage and son Kellan – on March 15th.
While things are hectic, like an every-three-hour feeding schedule, she says everybody is doing incredible.
With unique, Irish names, she explained the meaning behind them. “Sage means “wise,” and “prophet.” I have always loved the spiritual meaning of Sage and it fits her personality perfectly. Kellan is Irish for “mighty warrior,” and boy, does that fit him perfectly! He was feisty in the womb and he has been feisty since he was born.”
As for plans for Mother’s Day? “John always plans special surprises. He is incredible with that. I have no doubt he’ll bless me with a memorable and loving first Mother’s Day.”
And for Father’s Day, she plans to make this one a special surprise. “Oh yes! But it’s a big surprise. Don’t want John to read about it, but Sage and Kellan have it all planned out.”
