Courteney Cox on Letterman: Talks Daughter and Relationship with David Arquette (Video)
Courteney Cox stopped by David Letterman to talk about her recent St. Bart’s vacation, daughter Coco and the future of her relationship with husband David Arquette (video).
In a candid interview, Courteney Cox discussed her marriage with David Arquette – how they are separated, but really doing better than they ever have together.
Cox discusses the family’s recent trip to Disney World with daughter Coco, where David tried to hit on her… Courteney joked, “He did try to hit on me, he hit pretty hard and I said, ‘You don’t have the fast pass right now, not for that ride!’ ”
David Letterman seems to take a real interest in how Courteney and Arquette are getting along and how Coco is dealing with the split.
Cox reveals that Coco “is doing great,” but did let slip that her daughter is perhaps getting a few digs in on mom, noting that “Daddy goes to Haiti… you just put makeup on!”
Ouch.
Letterman asks whether Courteney and David will get back together and Cox says she doesn’t know.
“He’s something else… we are separated and David is sober now… we are getting along great, it’s kind of the best we have ever been. We were just in Disney World, we were talking and we were laughing so hard because we are so close now and being real and honest.”
“I don’t know what’s going to happen… I’m sure this decision needs to be made at some point, we’re getting along so well, I hate to rock the boat…”
In the end, Courteney Cox says of David Arquette, “I love him more than anything in the world.”
