Suri Cruise reportedly got the birthday gift that keeps on giving… did mom and dad Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise give Suri a $5 million gift for her big fifth birthday?
Suri Cruise turns 5 on April 18 – and rather than get her some new dolls or other fun toys (well, she probably got those too – who are we kidding?), the buzz is that Tom and Katie decided to shower her with cash.
The $5 million birthday present was said to go into Suri’s trust fund – and she doesn’t get the money until she turns 18.
A source tells OK! magazine,“Tom decided to add $5 million — in honor of her milestone birthday — to Suri’s trust fund. She already has several million in the fund.”
She adds, “Tom wants to make sure Suri’s future is worry-free financially.”
Turns out, however, that Suri’s $5 million birthday payday never happened – GossipCop.com got the word from Cruise’s rep that said the OK! magazine report is “totally untrue and false.”
