Gwyneth Paltrow shares workout routine

Gwyneth Paltrow is one busy mom, but how does she stay in such good shape? Is it just good genes, or does Gwyneth work for it?

You’d be surprised about Gwyneth Paltrow’s workout secrets…

Turns out, Paltrow has to work her tail off to stay fit, telling USA Today, “The reason that I can be 38 and have two kids and wear a bikini is because I work my (expletive) ass off. It’s not an accident. It’s not luck, it’s not fairy dust, it’s not good genes. It’s killing myself for an hour and a half five days a week, but what I get out of it is relative to what I put into it. That’s what I try to do in all areas of my life.”

Paltrow is well known for working with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson. Apparently, Anderson doesn’t take it easy on Gwyneth, although I have to believe that Paltrow would probably be just as skinny without killing herself with workouts.

Gwyneth Paltrow has a new cookbook coming out, “My Father’s Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family and Togetherness,” which shares family recipes and the bond she had with her dad over their love of cooking.
